The fourth Trimester
Postpartum Doula Support
I offer postpartum doula care to families in Eastside Los Angeles.
Are you wondering what a postpartum doula even does? You are not alone! Many people are unsure of what a postpartum doula does, or how they are different than other support people.
A look at my services
My postpartum services are focused on helping parents rest, sleep, and regroup.

In the early days, my home visits may look like…
In the early days, my home visits may look like emotional support around lactation, cooking delicious foods, straightening the kitchen, and offering a quiet time for napping while I hold the baby. I am there to encourage and calm the nerves, and help parents find their footing.
Other ways I can help: tidying up, laundry, cooking, taking out recycling/trash, meal planning, creating pumping and feeding plans, and helping care for pets. I want to ease some of the household burdens, and help parents have time rest, recover, and bond with their baby.
Here’s a look at my postpartum doula offerings.
I offer one 90 minute in-person prenatal meeting to get to know each other, as well as show me around your living space.
Referral lists for body work, acupuncture, lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, mental health professionals if requested

When your baby is born, we begin our visits together. The most popular package is 4 hour home visits from me every other day for the first month.

Client Testimonials
“The best gift I gave myself in my birth was hiring Rebecca as my postpartum doula.
Rebecca provided me with so much emotional support. She answered my endless questions as a first time parent and helped instill in me a sense of confidence in my own intuition. She helped me process this radical change of becoming a parent and my birth experience. We had such meaningful and fulfilling conversations during this tender time. I cannot imagine a better person than Rebecca to have in your corner in the birthing process. She has a gift for this important work.”
